The problem list building actually has
Danish Lead Co runs outbound for clients across manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, agencies, SaaS and industrial services. Every engagement starts the same way: define a universe, then find the people in it.
The hard part is rarely finding companies. It is finding the right person inside a company that no database covers well, in a size band most tools round off, and doing it again next month for a different vertical. An agency that serves many verticals cannot rely on a tool that is good at one.
What they built with GetLeads
Since 9 July, Danish Lead Co has pulled 93,427 contacts across 24,497 companies through GetLeads, in 34 separate lists. Those lists span retail, solar and renewables, wealth management, asset and investment management, private equity and M&A, and dermatology practices.
Two things made it fit the way they work:
The filters carry the segmentation. One campaign targets CXO, partner and managing director titles at 2 to 200 employees, another marketing and sales leadership at 40 to 1,000. When the segment definition changes, the list changes with it, without a different vendor.
The list gets built where the work happens. Danish Lead Co runs its own operations platform and pulls through the GetLeads MCP and API, so there is no export and re-import step where lists go stale in a spreadsheet.
The number that matters to a sending agency
Two GetLeads-sourced campaigns have been live long enough to judge:
| Campaign | Sent | Reply rate | Bounce rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| PE, M&A and investment banking, US and Canada | 5,994 | 0.93% | 0.97% |
| PE, M&A and investment banking, Australia | 1,248 | 1.04% | 0.40% |
At 500,000 sends a month, bounce rate decides whether the mailboxes survive. A list that bounces at 3% takes the sending infrastructure down with it.
Verification stays the agency's job
Danish Lead Co verifies every email before it sends, whatever the source, GetLeads included. Of the 93,427 contacts pulled, 236 came back invalid and 411 undeliverable, and all of them were excluded before a single send. That is a normal rate for any provider at this volume, and catching it is the agency's job rather than the data vendor's.
Where it stands
The GetLeads-sourced campaigns had been sending for eleven days when these numbers were pulled, too early to publish reply-to-meeting conversion honestly. Danish Lead Co publishes its origination benchmarks, including the results that do not flatter it, and will report conversion here once there is a real window.
