One cracked GTM nerd shouting at their terminal can now replace a 5-person RevOps team.
I'm not even exaggerating.
Two years ago, building a proper outbound engine meant hiring a RevOps person to wire everything together, two or three SDRs to work the lists, and a data ops person to keep the TAM clean.
That was a $300k+ annual headcount commitment before a single meeting was booked.
What's changed is Claude Code.
I now sit in my terminal and build entire GTM workflows from there. TAM builds, enrichment, signal scoring, campaign logic. All of it runs through one interface.
But for that to actually work, data has to be a solved problem.
If you're stopping mid-build to think about how many lookups you have left, the whole thing falls apart. The speed advantage of running everything from the terminal only matters if the data layer can keep up.
GetLeads solved that. Unlimited email data at a fixed cost. It plugs straight into Claude Code or any CLI, so I can call it directly from the workflows I'm already running. No usage math, no pausing to check what's left. Just data whenever the workflow needs it.
Last week I mapped a full TAM of 22,000 contacts across 4,800 accounts, enriched every single one, and never once had to think about pacing. That used to be a two-week project split across three tools and a person managing the whole thing.
Now it's me, Claude Code, and GetLeads running in the background while I build the campaign logic on top.
The GTM stack is collapsing. Not into fewer tools necessarily, but into fewer people. One person who knows what they're doing, sitting on top of AI and unlimited data, can move at complete speed and build what used to take a small team.
I genuinely think we're 12 months away from solo operators running outbound engines that would've needed 5 heads in 2023.
When data is just there, everything else speeds up.
